NFL CAREER STATS

Shaun Alexander recorded historic statistics during his legendary NFL career. To this day, he is still the Seattle Seahawks All-Time Leading Rusher, The Seahawks All-Time Touchdowns Leader, and the only Seahawks player to ever win the NFL MVP award. Shaun went on to have one of the greatest 5 years stretches of all-time. In 2002, Shaun scored 5 touchdowns in the first half against the Vikings, setting an NFL record for touchdowns in one half. During that 5 year stretch, Shaun became the first RB in NFL history to record 15 or more touchdowns in 5 consecutive seasons. He scored 98 total touchdowns during that 5-year span, which set an NFL record. During the 2000’s Shaun was one of the best players in the NFL, earning him honors on the 2000’s NFL All-Decades Team. Currently, Shaun ranks #8 ALL-TIME in NFL history for rushing touchdowns (100).

1996-1999

COLLEGE CAREER STATS

One night in Baton Rouge, during Shaun’s freshman season against LSU, he broke the Alabama All-Time Single Game Rushing Yards Record, rushing for 291 yards and 4 touchdowns on 20 carries. As Shaun finished his career, he left Alabama with 9 school records – two of which still stand today; Single Game Rushing Yards (291) and Single Game Rushing Touchdowns (5). Alexander also scored more than 100 points in two consecutive seasons, the only other player in SEC history to record these numbers was Georgia legend, Herschel Walker. Shaun finished his tenure at The University of Alabama with 50 total touchdowns, winning the SEC Player of The Year Award and earning All-American honors.

1991-1994

HIGH SCHOOL STATS

Shaun attended Boone County High School in Florence, Kentucky.  During his sophomore year, Alexander had 1,095 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns. Shaun finished the season with 2,401 rushing yards and 42 touchdowns. Alexander capped off his senior campaign with 3,166 rushing yards and 54 touchdowns. By the end of his highs school tenure, Shaun was touted by ESPN as the #1 player in the country. Shaun currently holds two top-10 prep records, for rushing yards and touchdowns.
